Hi, I'm Islam – a full-time coach specializing in Strength & Conditioning and endurance sports (think running, triathlons, and everything in between). My journey from crunching numbers as an accountant to coaching athletes full-time wasn’t just a career change—it was a leap of faith fueled by a passion for sports. Since 2019, I’ve been helping athletes of all levels unlock their potential, achieve their goals and maybe change their lives along the way.
