With over 5 years of experience in the world of endurance sports, Islam is not just a coach—he is a mentor, a leader, and a passionate advocate for athletes striving to reach their full potential. As a seasoned triathlete and endurance sports coach, Islam has transformed his passion for fitness into a thriving career, helping countless athletes push their limits and achieve their goals.
Islam's journey began with a strong foundation in fitness coaching, eventually evolving into a specialised focus on endurance sports, including running, cycling, and triathlon. His deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of these sports, combined with his hands-on experience, makes him a highly sought-after coach in the region.
In 2019, Islam co-founded Qatar Ultra Runners, where he successfully organised numerous endurance events, including the prestigious Qatar East to West Ultramarathon. His experience in race organisation and athlete development has given him a unique perspective on what it takes to excel in endurance sports.
As the Head Coach at Tribe Sports, Islam is committed to delivering personalised coaching programs that are scientifically grounded and tailored to meet the individual needs of each athlete. His coaching philosophy centres on building a strong foundation of fitness, mental resilience, and strategic race preparation, ensuring that every athlete is equipped to tackle their goals head-on.
