When people discover that I am a running coach, the most common response I receive is "We had no idea that was a profession." It's easy to overlook the fact that running, like any other sport, can be approached using scientific methods.

Through online running coaching I offer personalized training plans and support to help you achieve your running goals. My online coaching service is designed for runners of all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.

RUNNING COACHING PACKAGES

Base Running Package

RQ 500/mo

  Initial Zoom Consultation

 Training Program:

   Customised running plan tailored to your specific goals (e.g., 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon), fitness level, and event targets.
   Program delivered via TrainingPeaks or TriDot . Both sync the programed workouts to your sports watch.
   Race plans.
   Communication available - Sun - Thurs 11am - 5pm.
   Fully customised training and strength programs.

  Running-Specific Strength Program:

   Strength and conditioning exercises designed to enhance running performance, improve form, and prevent injuries.
   Monthly updates to the strength program based on progress.

  Running plan adjustments at any time based on progress, schedule changes, or unforeseen events.

  Coaching Call:
  One 30-minute call per month to review your running progress, discuss challenges, and refine your training plan.
  Call scheduled at your convenience.

  Initial onboarding charge: 300 QR

 Ongoing testing and results analysis

  Ideal For:
   Runners who want structured training with professional guidance but prefer a more independent approach.


Premium Running Package

 Initial Zoom Consultation

 Training Program:

   Customised running plan tailored to your specific goals (e.g., 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon), fitness level, and event targets.
   Program delivered via TrainingPeaks or TriDot . Both sync the programed workouts to your sports watch.

  Fully Communication (Unlimited messaging - Response 24 h/week.
   Fully customised training and strength programs.

 Unlimited Plan Adjustments:

   Strength and conditioning exercises designed to enhance running performance, improve form, and prevent injuries.
    Running plan adjustments at any time based on progress, schedule changes, or unforeseen events.

 Coaching Calls:
  Option for additional calls as needed (subject to coach availability).
  Priority in scheduling monthly calls.
