Base Triathlon Package

 Initial Zoom Consultation

 Training Program:

   Customised training plan tailored to your triathlon distance (e.g., Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, Ironman), fitness level, and event targets.
   Program delivered via TrainingPeaks or TriDot . Both sync the programed workouts to your sports watch.
   Race plans.
  Fully Communication (Unlimited messaging - Response 24 h/week.
  Fully customised training and strength programs that evolve with you.

 Triathlon-Specific Strength Program:

   Strength and conditioning routines designed to enhance triathlon performance, improve efficiency in all three disciplines, and reduce injury risk.
   Monthly updates to the strength program based on progress.
  Triathlon plan adjustments at any time based on progress, schedule changes, or unforeseen events.

  Coaching Call:
   One 30-minute call per month to review your triathlon progress, discuss challenges, and refine your training plan.
   Call scheduled at your convenience.

 Ongoing testing and results analysis
